Shipping
We ship Evernature pieces across the United States, packed with care to arrive in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, your items are inspected, carefully wrapped, and dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size. Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $50 — your cart will display any free-shipping threshold before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment is fully trackable. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at evernaturedecorhvu@gmail.com and we’ll look into it right away.
Delays
While we work hard to meet every estimate, shipping can occasionally be affected by weather or carrier delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help if a parcel is running late.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your pieces aren’t quite right, our 7-day policy makes returns simple and stress-free.
7-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Clearance and final-sale items
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery
How to Start a Return
- Contact us. Email evernaturedecorhvu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Get approval. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and return instructions.
- Pack & send. Repack your items securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide.
- Refund issued. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection (your bank may take a little longer to post it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different piece? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you’d like — this is the fastest way to get exactly what you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at evernaturedecorhvu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
